Each season, we dedicate a limited number of slots to fundraising partnerships with local schools, teams, and community organizations.

By applying our wholesale model, we ensure organizations can maximize their fundraising potential and raise as much as possible for their cause.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

• Please note: if an order is cancelled after candle production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

Minimum Order

• 24 candles per fundraiser.

Planning Timeline

Fundraising candles must be booked at least 1 month in advance to allow for:

• Order volume planning

• Supply delivery

• Candle curing time

• Label design revisions

Shipping

• Local Pickup: Free of charge from Sarnia, Ontario.

• Shipping Option: If candles need to be shipped, a carrier quote will be obtained. This quote must be agreed to and paid by the purchaser in the final invoice.
