Shipping policy

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.  International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. 

All orders are processed and shipped from Sarnia within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has left our site.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may applicable. Do Good Candles is not responsible for delays due to customs.

If at any point your package is lost in transit or is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
